Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 456em ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the 456em website, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all associated account, payment, and promotional services. By registering an account on 456em or by using any part of the platform — whether as a registered user or a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 456em platform.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register or use 456em accounts.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on any 456em account or have been previously excluded from 456em for a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, nor may you allow another person to use your account on your behalf at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the applicable laws of your country or territory of residence.

456em reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Accounts for which eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if verification is not completed within the period specified by 456em.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one 456em account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Specific registration rules include:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any balance.
• You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your 456em account. 456em will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify 456em support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 456em applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Bangladeshi National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

456em supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request. 456em does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method owned and registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, 456em may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.
• Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional security checks are required.
• 456em reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

456em does not accept deposits made with the proceeds of illegal activity. If 456em determines at any point that funds deposited to your account are the proceeds of unlawful conduct, the funds will be withheld and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. You agree that 456em may cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory inquiry relating to your account or transactions.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

456em offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms accompanying the offer:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Systematic claiming of multiple offers through duplicate accounts or third-party accounts is prohibited.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. Standard wagering requirements on 456em bonuses are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn as cash).

• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the validity period specified in the offer terms will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry.
• Bonuses and promotions are designed for recreational players. 456em reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its sole discretion, including where 456em identifies patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse rather than recreational use of the platform.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 456em platform are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 456em will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface. 456em reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where warranted.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest error in odds, 456em reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A manifest error is defined as an error that is so obvious that a reasonable person would recognise it as an error rather than a genuine market price.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered where available and are subject to real-time market suspension. 456em accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension during live events. All live market settlement is final once confirmed by 456em.

6. Responsible Gaming

456em is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The following tools and policies are available to all 456em account holders:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time alerts: You may configure session time reminders that notify you when you have been logged in and active for a specified period. These alerts are designed to help you maintain awareness of the time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods: You may apply a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account will be inaccessible for login, betting, or deposits. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once applied.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 456em at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

If you believe that your gambling has become a problem, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek independent support. 456em will not market to players who have self-excluded and will take all reasonable steps to enforce exclusion across the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456em platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering, or the use of funds derived from illegal activity. This includes structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be void and the account suspended.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of games, sporting events, or the platform's systems.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at 456em staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform, including live chat, email, and social media.

456em's determination as to whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where 456em identifies prohibited conduct, it will act proportionately, which may include account warnings, temporary suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

456em reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or payment terms.
• Where 456em is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where an account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. 456em will attempt to contact the account holder using registered contact details before applying an inactivity closure. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 456em platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 456em or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 456em content without the prior written consent of 456em. Unauthorised use of 456em intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456em shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 456em has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 456em's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 456em account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

456em does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events beyond 456em's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific services. 456em will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

456em collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 456em, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 456em uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all account sessions to protect the transmission of personal and financial data. 456em will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by 456em to operate the platform (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services) solely for the purpose of delivering those services.

12. Amendments to These Terms

456em reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 456em will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered account holders via the registered email address associated with their account, or via a prominent notice displayed within the platform upon login. For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the meaning of any clause, or updates to contact details), 456em may update these Terms immediately without prior notice. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
